Poster Machinarium - game review

Game Machinarium, which was released in 2009, Czech Studio Amanita Design, has received numerous awards and love gamers, and was also not of one year one of the top games. Actually it is difficult to deny the fact that Machinarium — this is the game for fun, which should have a gamer, playing games.

the Amazing story: a touching story of how a small discarded robot cleaner breaks through littered with garbage and bandits planet, hoping to find someone with whom in his youth he spent the best days of his tin life. Ingenious design: metropolis, full of rusty water, where long ago stopped biological life, but actively beats mechanical. Great riddle of this quest, and on the same screen as before usual, to spend a few hours.

Porting games to mobile platforms successful, contrary to what is usually quests mobile touch screens go wrong. Here you can zoom in / out, items easily podcasts, illuminating, when you can use them. Everything works perfectly smoothly, and the appearance beyond praise – the case when everything is decided not technology, and design. Well, as the game Machinarium become worse, and I couldn – it's still the same lovely, very personal and bright quest. You play for the old, weak robot – he wakes up in a landfill, on the edge of the Universe. In order not to rust, is sent in a campaign where it usually dangerous. On the ruins of life built a new state: with the evil police, xenophobia (our robot everywhere taken for fraud-migrant), banditry and indifference. With quests always a big problem that their riddles farfetched – but the difficulty here is set environment: environment hates the main character, and otherwise prevent him from going further. We, of course, resist, but if we win, then through the tears and the pain – puzzles in Machinarium however complex. Largely because of the design: a bunch of buttons and levers; the eye is impossible to determine what is useful for us, and what is just a decoration. Have to Tapan everywhere, hoping somewhere eventually quit.

Machinarium even pinned their hopes for the Renaissance of quests – this, of course, a little too much. Even this game is unlikely to pull the genre alone – Yes and no obligation. With its only purpose – to give you some pleasant hours – Machinarium copes well.
