Many customers often ask are there different programs just for handwriting plain text. Of course they all exist, but the quality of their recognition of the entered text in all of them a long time leaves much to be desired. From ever existing programs I would recommend everyone to use PenReader Paragon Software. In my opinion it's just the best of the similar programs. it even exist and also work on the Android operating system. PenReader is by the way recognizes many languages, including Russian.
